Lite Renovations & Plaster Repair

Lite Renovations & Plaster Repair from Just Grand 59 is designed for those spaces that need real repair work, but not a full construction crew. We focus on the details that immediately improve safety, appearance, and comfort, while keeping your property fully usable during the process.

We handle small-scale structural fixes, drywall patching, and plaster repair that stop minor issues from turning into expensive damage. Cracks around doors and windows, dents from furniture, and water-stained sections of wall or ceiling get carefully assessed, cut out if needed, then rebuilt and smoothed so they are ready for paint. For older buildings, we take extra care with existing surfaces to reduce dust and protect surrounding areas.

Where access is tricky-stairwells, high ceilings, or exterior trouble spots-we use scaffolding training to reach and repair safely. That means you gain the benefit of professional access methods without the chaos of a large construction project. We protect floors, furnishings, and personal items before we start, then clean thoroughly when we finish, so you return to a tidy, functional space.

This service is ideal if you are preparing a home or unit for sale or rent, turning over a damaged apartment, or recovering after hoarding, leaks, or long-term neglect. We can pair light renovation and plaster work with our painting, floor treatment, and deep cleaning services for a faster, more coordinated refresh.

As a Black-owned, female-owned janitorial and renovation service based in Queens, New York, we bring OSHA and trade training into every visit, so you gain cleaner, safer, more attractive rooms without guesswork or shortcuts. If you want walls, ceilings, and high-use areas to look strong, smooth, and move-in ready, Lite Renovations & Plaster Repair gives you a practical, safety-conscious path to that result.
